NICEIC Installation Condition Report
An Installation Condition Report of your fixed wiring will provide a report detailing the condition of the installation and any faults. It will:
- Identify installation defects, damage or deterioration of the electrical installation that may cause electric shock, burns or fire.
- Summarise the general condition of the installation- Satisfy your insurance company's risk requirements
- Satisfy the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging surveys are increasingly required by insurance companies to identify potential fire risks. The cause is normally heat generated in a poor connection or a faulty component. Power Quality Testing
